Can my partner allowlist my dedicated IP?

Yes. It gives partners a fixed destination address for your hosted SFTP endpoint. You can also restrict the source IPs allowed to connect.

What if we connect to our partner’s server?

That may require a fixed outbound source IP or a managed transfer job. It is a different connection direction and is not automatically included in this hosted-endpoint offer. Tell us what you need so we can confirm fit.

Can you help move an existing SFTP setup?

We offer migration guidance where practical. We review your users, keys, folders, and partner requirements before confirming the migration scope.

Does this replace Dropbox or an enterprise MFT suite?

This offer focuses on recurring system-to-system SFTP exchange. It does not include consumer collaboration tools or the full workflow capabilities of an enterprise MFT platform.
